Théa was born on 10 September 2016. Even as a toddler she was very flexible, and her first splits made everyone around her say she was made for gymnastics.

As there was no rhythmic gymnastics for little ones in her town, she started classical dance in September 2018. There she worked on her flexibility, her posture and her artistic sense.

After Covid, her teacher retired. Théa looked for another activity and found AeroGym, almost by chance, through a forum. She started in 2020 and took part in team competitions, where she learned about sharing and team spirit.

In 2023, she finally discovered rhythmic gymnastics at UFOLEP. She moved up through the categories Débutante, Initiée, Préconfirmée, Confirmée and Espoir. She won second place at a departmental competition, which made her want to keep going even more.

In 2024, she tried figure skating for two years, which helped her balance and coordination. In 2025, she went back to classical dance to work on her technique.

In 2026, she joined the club Val d’Europe and practises rhythmic gymnastics within the French Gymnastics Federation (FFGym).

Today, at 10 years old, Théa keeps training with pleasure, trying to improve a little at every session.

This is only the beginning of the adventure!
